Nylon is inherently susceptible to environmental conditions. Pa66 cable ties are moisturized to optimum performance level at machine-side and should be stored in cool and dry areas out of direct sunlight. Cable Ties are packaged in plastic bags and should remain sealed until ready for use.

A: Yes, In our company, we have 30 experts handle with mould. Every 30-45 days can finish one mould.We total have 1600 sets of mould and 520 sets of cable tie mould.

In-house mould processing

One mould have 14 steps to complete. All process is in-house work now.

Design mold drawings → prepare mold materials → perform mold machining (milling, CNC milling, processing, grinder, wire cutting, EDM) → assembly → mold matching → mold trial → sample production → product verification.
